Program details
When does commission start?
Only after an approved creator signs the current terms, receives an active link, and LightenMD turns on verified production attribution. Applications can open before patient conversion tracking and payouts are activated.
Do later renewals earn another three months?
No. One patient creates one commission window covering eligible net captured revenue from the first three service months. Renewals, upgrades, replacements, rebills, and later clicks do not restart it.
When are tax details required?
Not at application. Approved U.S. creators must complete a W-9 and payout verification before their first payout.
Can creators make medical claims?
No. Creators may share honest experiences and approved factual program information, but cannot diagnose, prescribe, promise eligibility, guarantee results, or replace a licensed clinician.
