Most approved creators begin at 25% of eligible net captured revenue for a patient’s first three service months.
We’re assembling a focused founding group of 10–25 creators who value honest education, clear disclosures, and a long-term partnership—not one-off promo codes.
Applications are reviewed manually. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, payment, treatment, medication, or a prescription.
We want creators to understand exactly how they earn and what responsible health communication looks like.

Approved messaging, claim guidance, creative briefs, links, reporting, and a real person when a campaign needs attention.
Retained patients count after verified payment and the second successful service month, or an equivalent 60-day prepaid milestone, with no refund or chargeback.
A small number of approved creators may be invited to a capped three-month sponsored program experience. Participation never guarantees eligibility, treatment, medication, a prescription, or a specific result. Independent licensed providers make all clinical decisions.

Not at application. Approved U.S. creators must complete a W-9 and payout verification before their first payout.
No. Creators may share honest experiences and approved factual program information, but cannot diagnose, prescribe, promise eligibility, guarantee results, or replace a licensed clinician.
