Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime
Your LightenMD program is month-to-month with no long-term commitment and no membership fees. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@lightenmd.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Full Refund on Provider Denial
If, after reviewing your intake, an independent licensed provider determines that treatment through the program is not appropriate for you, we will refund the associated program fee in full — automatically, no request needed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What Program Fees Cover
Program fees cover access to provider consultations, program support, and care coordination. Medication costs are billed separately by the dispensing pharmacy and are subject to the pharmacy's own policies. LightenMD does not bill for or profit from medication.
Mid-Cycle Refunds
Because program services (provider access and support) are delivered continuously throughout the billing period, fees for a billing period already underway are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in the provider-denial case above. If something went wrong with your experience, contact us — we review every case individually and err on the side of the customer.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were billed in error, contact support@lightenmd.com within 60 days of the charge. Verified billing errors are refunded in full.
