A licensed clinician reviews
An independent, board-certified clinician licensed in your state reviews your information, usually within one business day. In states that require it, you'll have a short video visit. The clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate.
Approved? You're charged and it ships.
If you're approved, we charge your card and your prescription goes to a licensed pharmacy. If you're not approved, you pay $0.
Ongoing care
Monthly check-ins, dose adjustments, refills and messaging with your care team, all from your account.
You're in control
Change or cancel your plan online any time before your next billing date.
Your privacy
Your health information is handled by our clinical and pharmacy partners under HIPAA, and we keep only what we need to run your membership. We never sell your health information. Read our Privacy Policy.
