Corrections Policy

LightenMD welcomes specific reports of factual, sourcing, accessibility, or process errors in our public content.

Report a possible error

Email support@lightenmd.com with the subject “Content correction.” Include the page URL, the statement you believe is inaccurate, and any supporting source.

How we respond

1. Log the report and identify the content owner.
2. Check the evidence register and original sources.
3. Escalate medical questions to a qualified reviewer and legal or privacy questions to the appropriate owner.
4. Correct or remove material inaccuracies. When a correction materially changes the meaning of a published page, add a visible correction note and update the review date.

Submitting a report does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Patient-specific medical questions should go through the clinical channel in the patient portal.
